Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the FootballInOne platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FootballInOne ("we", "us", "our"). By continuing to use the Service after any updates to these Terms, you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

FootballInOne is a coaching platform for American football coaches. It provides tools for play design, playbook management, wrist coach card generation, collaborative game-day management, and post-game analytics. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or remove features at any time. We will communicate material changes to the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is primarily designed for football coaches aged 16 and over. However, coaches may share content with players on their team, some of whom may be younger. We permit users aged 13 and over to create an account.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If the minimum age in your jurisdiction is higher than 13, you must meet that higher requirement.
• If you are aged 13–15, you should ensure a parent or guardian is aware that you are using this Service.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at contact.footballinone@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or allow others to access the Service through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans (Subscriber and Premium) are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and include applicable taxes where shown.
• A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. A valid payment method must be provided to start a trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from the subscription management page. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension of your access to paid features.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Trial Conditions

The 7-day free trial is available once per person and once per payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a trial if we reasonably believe it is being abused (e.g. multiple trial accounts created by the same person). During the trial you have full access to the features of your chosen plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or any other user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the Service.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, defamatory, or malicious (including viruses or malware).
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts where a breach is confirmed.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service — including plays, playbooks, game session data, and wrist coach cards ("User Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and serve your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

When you share User Content with other users through collaborative features, those users will be able to view and interact with that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you distribute through the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The FootballInOne platform — including its design, code, branding, trademarks, and all original content produced by us — is owned by FootballInOne and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Availability, Modifications, and Discontinuation

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or the Service as a whole. For material changes or discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of an annual subscription.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by following the account deletion steps in the app (Settings → Danger Zone) or by contacting us at contact.footballinone@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content available through the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FootballInOne and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, pandemic, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
