Creating an Account

You can sign up for a FootballInOne account directly from the Pricing section on our homepage. Select a plan, choose your billing interval, and you will be taken through a secure sign-up flow powered by Auth0. You can also sign up from within the app, which will automatically enroll you in the free tier. There is also the option to ugrade your subscription from within the app.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the chosen plan. No charge is made until the trial period ends, and you can cancel at any time before that.

Authentication — Auth0

Account authentication is handled by Auth0, a leading identity management platform. Auth0 securely stores your login credentials and manages session tokens on our behalf. We never store your password directly.

The following information is held within Auth0:

  • Email address
  • Account creation date and last login timestamp
  • Your unique user identifier (used to link your account across our services)

Payments — Stripe

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never see or store your full card details — all payment information is processed and held securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

The following subscription-related data is held within Stripe and referenced by our systems:

  • Email address (to identify you as a Stripe customer)
  • Subscription plan and billing interval
  • Payment method details (managed entirely by Stripe)
  • Billing history and invoices
  • Trial start and end dates

Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your FootballInOne account at any time from within the app:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm and permanently delete your account.

Deleting your account will cancel any active subscription and permanently remove your data from our systems and from Auth0. Stripe invoices may be retained as required by law for accounting purposes.
